Leads administration, including client records, contracts, and the office operations that support every service.
Head of Underwriting
Ahmad Dandari
Leads underwriting, deciding how risks are assessed, priced, and accepted, and setting the standards our recommendations follow.
Head of Information Technology
Gharbiyeh Wael Saadeddin
Leads information technology, including the systems, security controls, and data protection that keep client information safe.
Director Insurance and Notarization
Farid Safarov
Directs the insurance and notarization practices, overseeing policy placement and the notarization of loan and security documents.
Director Due Diligence
Abdul Sherik
Directs due diligence, including know-your-customer and know-your-business checks on clients, counterparties, and transactions.
Head of Compliance and Assessment
Ouafk Abdelkrim
Leads compliance and assessment, including AML risk assessments, compliance programmes, and the company's own regulatory obligations.
Head of Legalization and Registration

Leads legalization and registration, managing attestation, legalization, and the registration of security interests with the competent authorities.
